LEAD
Learning Analysis and Design
LEAD supports all aspects of training: training needs analysis, training task analysis, content and assessment design and development, and lean management of the need for and completion of content updates based on changing performance requirements or technical updates. LEAD supports development of full courseware or chunks of micro-learning. Training content is packaged according to SCORM standards to leverage use by multiple IMI development toolsets, Learning Management Systems, and training repositories. LEAD APIs allow multiple toolsets to interface with LEAD for advanced IMI development, assessment and training effectiveness analyses, and mobile delivery.
All learning events designed and developed in LEAD are based on competencies and/or industry standards that are further defined in a rigorous performance-based task analysis process. Those analyzed tasks then form the basis for the learning objectives, which in turn support assessments and the overall design and development of the learning event. This makes LEAD particularly well-suited for design and development of training related to regulatory requirements and certifying agencies.
